Reata Homes is owned and operated by Mike Dubois, JoAnne Dubois, and Justin Dubois.

We are a family owned business. We develop our own lots and do residential construction

on those lots. Occasionally we sell a lot for someone to build their own home or to bring

their own builder as long as they adhere to the CCR’s.

Mike and JoAnne moved to Mesa, Arizona in 1970 where Mike joined his father-in-law,

Virgil Roberts, an established residential builder and developer. Along with a brother-in-

law, they became one of the largest builders and developers in the Mesa area building up to

seventy-five homes per year.

In 1983 Mike and JoAnne desired to return to Lehi, the small farming community they

grew up in, to raise their young family. In 1985, They began developing and building in the

Lehi area. Their son, Justin, became a partner in 1994.

We have developed eleven subdivisions in Lehi, one subdivision in Midway, and one

subdivision in Elk Ridge.

The most recent developments in Lehi are:

Chapparal Estates: 1⁄2 Acre Lots – located at 900 S Center St (There are currently

two lots left)

Dubois Park: 1/3 Acre Lots – is our latest development located at 3200 N 980 E. We

are presently compiling plans for this development. We have plans or we will build

Plans, and Family Home Plans.

We are a custom builder. Justin supervises the construction. We prefer to stay a small

builder at this time – providing close attention to our homes and our buyers.

Our prices are very competitive. We include many upgrades in the initial price so that our

buyers are not surprised at the end with upgrades that add thousands to the price.
